This policy provides information about our practices; simply visiting the website is not treated as consent to submit a consultation request. The consultation forms require a separate, explicit choice before transmission.

We collect only the information needed to review and follow up on a request, including:
- Name and contact details (email and phone)
- Information about a traffic ticket or legal file
- Documents or information you voluntarily submit
- Limited technical visit data needed for security and site analytics
We use the information to review the request, communicate with you and organize follow-up. When a website form is submitted, its fields are automatically sent by email to the firm and recorded in the SEOparAI CRM and Lawcus prospect systems in the United States region. An uploaded attachment remains in the email path and is not included in the current automatic CRM or Lawcus field synchronization. Information is not used for behavioural advertising.
The consultation form asks for free and explicit consent before submission. You may withdraw consent, subject to legal and professional obligations that may require the firm to retain or process certain information.
Information is shared only as needed with service providers used for email delivery, hosting, security, SEOparAI CRM and Lawcus. Lawcus and certain supporting providers may process or store information in the United States, where it may be subject to applicable U.S. laws. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or for a legal file. Personal information is not sold.
Application form logs are configured for daily rotation and a maximum of 30 days; web-server logs currently use 14 daily rotations. Technical deduplication records for fully delivered submissions contain a reference and fingerprint, not the form content or attachment. They become eligible for deletion after 30 days and are removed during the next hourly maintenance cycle. A reference with an uncertain delivery state is retained until manual reconciliation to prevent a duplicate transmission. The firm must still confirm the exact retention schedule for email, SEOparAI CRM and Lawcus records. Information must not be kept longer than necessary to handle the request and meet applicable professional or legal obligations.
We apply reasonable safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Some pages use limited SEOparAI analytics. Events may contain the page path without its query string, an external referrer hostname, screen size, browser language, device class and, when present, allowlisted gclid and UTM marketing parameters. The gclid and the current form submission identifier may be kept in session storage. The installable web app also caches static files for offline display. Google Fonts requests may disclose normal connection data to Google. These mechanisms are not used for behavioural advertising.
Subject to applicable law and its exceptions, you may request access to or correction of personal information held about you and ask questions about its use, retention or communication. You may also request a portable copy of eligible information collected from you and withdraw consent for future uses, where applicable. Identity verification may be required before a request is fulfilled.
Zorro Ticket assesses and records privacy incidents and takes reasonable steps to reduce harm and prevent recurrence. The Commission d’accès à l’information and affected individuals are notified promptly when an incident presents a risk of serious injury, as required by applicable law.
This Policy may be updated periodically. The latest version is always available on our website.
